August 1 Prairie Day Camp for students in 2nd through 4th grade 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
Campers explore what it was like when Carrie was a young girl growing up. Activities include history about Carrie, games, lunch, and fresh-pressed apple cider. Registration fee; please call 641-228-6956 . for more information.

August 18 Annual Open House 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
A day to celebrate the ratification of the 19th Amendment. Refreshments and tours throughout the day.
September 3 Family Apple Picking Day Noon - 4:00 pm
Pick apples from the heritage apple orchard and enjoy fresh-pressed cider. No fee; donations accepted.
